Collabs policies, archived version 1.0 (initial launch draft). TERMS Using Collabs Collabs helps creators and brands discover opportunities, agree on deliverables and track the progress of their collaborations. You must provide accurate account and application information, protect your login credentials and use the platform lawfully. You are responsible for rights to the content and links you submit. Campaigns and assignments Each campaign states its compensation, requirements and deliverables. Selection alone does not accept an assignment. You must review and expressly accept the assignment before work begins. Deliverables, deadlines, publication requirements and compensation are recorded at acceptance. Any changes should be agreed and documented in the task conversation. Review and payment Brands may request revisions against the agreed brief. Approval, completion and payment are separate states. Payments are made manually outside Collabs. Collabs does not hold funds, provide escrow, automatically transfer money or guarantee that a brand will pay. A “Paid” entry records the brand or administrator’s confirmation of an external payment. Your work and conduct Do not post illegal, deceptive, infringing or abusive material. Follow the applicable platform’s rules for sponsored content. Content ownership, licensing, permitted use, exclusivity and advertising rights must be agreed in the campaign brief; no additional licence to a brand is implied by an application alone. Social metrics are self reported and not independently verified. Support and accounts Administrators can assist with accounts and manage brand operations while retaining their own identity in the activity log. Accounts and campaigns may be suspended for misuse. Use the support contact configured by the operator to report a dispute or request account closure. The operator’s legal details and dispute process must be completed before launch. <> PRIVACY Information collected We store account details, password hashes, social account information you provide, applications, assignment agreements, task messages, submission links and payment records. We also record versioned acceptance of policies and assignments, timestamps, user-agent metadata and important account activity. Social metrics are self reported; no social platform verification takes place. Why information is used Information is used to provide accounts, match applications to briefs, support task fulfilment, communicate account and task updates, keep payment records and prevent misuse. Creators’ application details and relevant profile information are visible to the brand receiving the application. Administrators have access to operate and support the platform. Payout details and providers Bank account numbers are encrypted at rest. Relevant brand users and administrators may view payout details for approved tasks to arrange manual payment; access is logged. Transactional email is delivered through Amazon SES. Hosting and database services are provided by the operator’s hosting provider. Submitted file links are hosted by the third-party service you select. Cookies and local storage A first-party, HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Saved gig identifiers are kept in browser local storage on your device. No advertising or analytics cookies are included in this version. Expiring tokens and short-lived request-limit identifiers help secure account access. Your choices and retention You can edit your profile, social accounts and payout details in your workspace. Contact the operator for access, correction, export or deletion requests and to raise privacy concerns. Some contractual and payment records may need to be retained to satisfy legal obligations. The operator must publish its contact details, retention periods and applicable rights before public launch. )
